When should I place my order?
Right now! Your order is placed on our cake schedule as soon as you place an order. To guarantee a schedule place we recommend you place your order at least 3 months before your date. We are able to schedule shorter time frames, please contact us to confirm availability. You are able to alter your choices up until 2 weeks before your date.

I can’t decide on flavour, colour or decorations can I still place my order?
To secure a place in our busy schedule you may leave a £100 deposit and make your choices later on when you are ready. We can add your choices for flavour, colour and decorations when you decide, However, we do require your choices 2 weeks before your event date.

Can I choose the colour of my cake?
Yes, we are able on request to match your chosen colours.

How many servings should I order?
The top tier is not considered in the serving portions, that is for you to take home. As a guide our 3 tier cake serves 120 portions. Additional tiers can be added to our bespoke portfolio designs and separate cutting cake can be ordered (50 portions or 80 portions cakes).

When is the cake delivered or collected?
We will coordinate with your venue to arrange delivery or with your self to arrange collection.

How much is the delivery charge
We try to keep our delivery charges to a minimum rate to cover our costs. Please contact us with your venues name and we will then be able to give a you an accurate delivery cost. There is a minimum delivery charge of £5.

How far do you deliver?
We can deliver and set up within 100 mile radius from our Solihull, West Midlands base. We can offer full UK delivery subject to availability. We are happy to deliver & set up throughout West Midlands, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, Glousestershire, shropshire and UK mainland.

How much deposit is required?
When confirming an order a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This will enable us to schedule your cake for a completion and delivery.

When is the final payment due?
Four weeks before the event you will receive a final confirmation call and the final payment will be due at that time.

What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay by cheque, cash or bank transfer. Please make cheques payable to Sugarbliss Cake Company. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact us for details.

Can I taste the cakes?
If you book a complimentary consultation you will have the opportunity to taste our delicious cakes. The sample box is £10 and contains four beautiful flavoured cup cakes of our most popular flavours. However, if you would like specific flavours in your box then please let us know. If you need some guidance choosing your flavours please call us. If you go on to order a Wedding Cake from Sugarbliss Cake Company, the cost of the Taster Box will be deducted from your order for cake orders over £100.

Can I see the cakes?
Yes, during your consultation you will have the opportunity browse our extensive cake portfolio and to view some of our fantastic designs.

Can I alter the cake design after I have made a decision?
Yes and No. The cakes from the Blissful Wedding Cake collection are set. Changes to an individually designed cake can be altered up until two weeks before the agreed delivery date. Charges may apply if work has already commenced.

I have dietary requirements, can you accommodate me?
We do specialise in eggless, vegan, alcohol free and gluten free cakes. We are not able to alter our recipes at Sugarbliss Cake Company.

How many tiers can I have?
A Blissful Wedding Cake has 3 tiers serving 120 portions. You are able to add additional tiers in the same design to increase the servings or alternatively you can order an additional cutting cake. You can have up to 10 tiers when ordering a Bespoke Cake.

Can I use my own ribbon?
Of Course! Please phone us to get the length of the ribbon you would need to provide us with.
